Great question! The answer varies depending on what you ordered and when you ordered.
You will usually receive everything in less than 3 business days from your order date. (Under the pretense we don’t require more info from you for the State or IRS.)
But if you are worried or are needing things quicker please feel to bring it up with your Filing Expert on your support ticket.
It happens, everyone, these days gets lots of emails. If you lost the email containing your conversation with your Filing Expert simply head over to our support center.
Once on our support center click on the top right of the page where it says “Sign In”.
Then on the pop up simply click “Get A Password” and your ticket will be waiting for you!
